Step 2
Events starting within 14 days get a Ticketmaster price check every 2 minutes; events further out are checked twice a day. Fan listings on The Floor update in real time.
Step 3
A seat drops under your target, on any platform. We send you an alert with the source, the section, the row, and a one-click buy link.
Step 4
Grab it in one tap. Or if you have your own tickets, open a listing on The Floor next to the marketplace ones and undercut them by whatever you want.
Step 5
The seller transfers the ticket through the platform that issued it and marks it sent. Funds stay in escrow until you confirm you received it. If the ticket doesn't arrive, the seller doesn't get paid.
