Privacy Policy

Account: your email address, and your name and profile photo if you sign in with Google. Passwords are never stored by us in readable form.

Activity: the events and teams you watch, the target prices you set, listings you create on The Floor, orders you place, and waitlist submissions (email plus whether you want to buy or sell).

Payments: if you buy or sell, Stripe processes the payment. Stripe holds card and bank details — we never see or store your full card number. We store the order record, amounts, and Stripe's identifiers for it.

Technical: server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, kept for security and debugging.

Price alerts are opt-in. You choose the event and the target price, and you choose the channel — email or SMS.

If you provide a phone number for SMS alerts, you are consenting to receive automated text messages from Front/View about the events you chose to watch. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with how often prices move on the events you watch.

Reply STOP to any message to stop all SMS immediately, or HELP for help. You can also remove your number or delete a watch at any time in your account. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not send marketing texts — SMS is used only for alerts you asked for.

Transactional email (order receipts, delivery confirmations, account and security notices) is sent regardless of marketing preferences because it is required to operate your account. Marketing email has an unsubscribe link in every message.

We collect aggregate usage analytics — page views, referrers, approximate region derived from IP, device type, and which features are used — to understand what's working. We do not run advertising networks or third-party ad trackers, and we do not sell your data to anyone, for any purpose.

Essential cookies keep you signed in. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of non-essential analytics.

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage. Stripe — payments, payouts, and identity verification for sellers. Ticketmaster and SeatGeek — we read event and price data from them; we do not send them your personal information. Email and SMS delivery providers — only the address or number needed to deliver a message you asked for.

We disclose data otherwise only when legally required, or to investigate fraud or a violation of our terms.

Account data is kept while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept up to seven years because tax and financial rules require it. Server logs are kept about 90 days.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and associated personal data by emailing hello@frontview.today. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your watches, alerts, and listings; completed order records are retained as described above.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production data is limited to the founder, and database access rules restrict every record to its owner. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Front/View is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
