Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Front/View is an independent service operated by Cullen Runnels from Edinburg, Texas. We are not owned by or affiliated with Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, StubHub, any venue, team, or artist. Using the site means you accept these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, list tickets, or buy tickets.
2. The Wire — price tracking
The Wire shows event and price information sourced from Ticketmaster and event listings from Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. Prices change constantly and are refreshed on a schedule, not continuously. A price shown here may differ from the price at checkout on the source site. We do not sell those tickets and are not a party to those transactions.
Where no published price exists, we show "See prices" rather than a number. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that any deal will still exist when you click through.
3. The Floor — fan-to-fan marketplace
The Floor is a venue for fans to sell tickets they already own to other fans. Front/View is not the seller. We do not own, hold, price, or verify tickets. The contract for any sale is between the buyer and the seller.
The Floor is not open for transactions yet. When it opens, sellers are responsible for the accuracy of every listing: event, date, venue, section, row, seat numbers, quantity, and price. Sellers must actually own the tickets they list and must have the right to transfer them.
Prohibited: listing tickets you do not own, speculative listings, duplicate listings of the same seats across accounts, bot-assisted listing or buying, and any attempt to complete a sale off-platform to avoid fees.
4. Fees
Front/View charges a flat 8% fee on a completed fan-to-fan sale, covering both sides combined. All-in prices shown on The Floor include this fee, so the number you see is the number you pay. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms.
Browsing, watching events, and price alerts are free.
5. Escrow and delivery
Buyer funds are captured at checkout and held — they are not released to the seller at purchase. The seller transfers the ticket through the platform that issued it and marks it sent. The buyer then confirms receipt, and only then are funds released to the seller, minus the 8% fee.
If the buyer does not confirm and does not open a dispute within 72 hours of the event start time, the order may be auto-confirmed and funds released.
If the seller does not transfer the ticket before the event, or the ticket does not work at the gate, the buyer is refunded in full and the seller is not paid.
6. Disputes
Open a dispute by emailing hello@frontview.today with your order number before funds are released. We will review the order record, the transfer evidence, and any messages, and decide the outcome: release to seller, full refund to buyer, or partial refund.
Our decision on escrow release is final for purposes of the platform. It does not limit your rights under applicable law or your card issuer's chargeback process, though initiating a chargeback while a dispute is open may pause our review.
Repeated failed deliveries, misrepresented seats, or fraud result in permanent removal from the platform and forfeiture of pending payouts.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at any time, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate pricing, alert delivery, or that any event will take place. Event cancellations, postponements, and venue entry decisions are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees we collected on the transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute not resolved through the process above is subject to the courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
